  • Bead Stringing is where all beginners should start. It’s simply inserting beads into a string. Jewelry stringers can create pieces that range from inserting a single bead onto a thread to complex creations that have multiple strands or even a 3D appearance.
  • Wire Jewelry Making: where wire is twisted or bended without the need of soldering or glue to create jewelry.
  • Bead weaving is where seed beads are woven together to form jewelry. This technique doesn’t always require a loom (device used for weaving and knotting). All “off-loom” techniques use a single needle and thread to create or combine different stitches that will make very unique jewelry.
  • Knot Jewelry Making: Is the product of knotting and interlacing threads or cords with beads. Two subcategories of knotting are Macramé and Help jewelry.
  • Chain Maille: is a type of jewelry where small metal rings are linked together.

Go through these jewelry making techniques and explore all the possibilities, you will be amazed with all the information out there, but if you ever get overwhelmed - just remember I am here to guide you every step of the way.
